Is this real gold?

Yes. Every piece is stamped with its karat and weighed in front of you if you pick it up in the shop. We buy and sell gold every day — passing off plated jewelry as solid would end our business the first time someone had it tested.

Can you resize it?

Rings, yes, almost always — bring it in and we'll measure you for free. Chains and bracelets can usually be shortened or extended too. Resizing and cleaning are free for life on anything you buy from us.

How fast will I get it?

Accepted Answer

In-stock pieces are ready for pickup the next day we're open, or shipped insured within the U.S. a few days out — this page shows the current estimate. Made-to-order pieces take longer; we'll tell you a real date before you pay.

What if it's not what I expected?

Accepted Answer

In-stock pieces paid in full can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original condition, for a full refund less shipping. Engraved, resized, or custom pieces can't be returned once work has started.
