Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what we need to take care of you: your name, phone, email, shipping address where it applies, and the details of what you're asking for. If you upload reference or repair photos, we store them privately, attached to your request.
Payment details
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI compliant. We only receive the payment confirmation and the last four digits.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, quote you, keep you posted on your piece, and answer your messages. If you leave a cart without finishing checkout, we may email you one or two reminders about what you picked out — each one has a one-click link to stop getting them. We don't sell your information to anyone or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only the services that keep the shop running: Stripe for payments, our email provider for notifications, the carrier when there's a shipment, and the financing provider if you choose to apply. Each one gets only what it needs.
How long we keep it
Orders and gold purchases are kept as long as Florida law requires. Quote requests and messages are kept as long as they're useful to you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Call or message us and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
We use the bare minimum: one to remember your language and one to keep your session and cart. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
