Shipping & pickup
In-store pickup
Pickup at our Port St. Lucie shop is always free. We message or email you when your piece is ready and keep it locked up until you come by. Bring a photo ID.
Shipping within the United States
We ship free anywhere in the United States, insured. Orders of $500 or more need an adult signature on delivery. Orders placed during shop hours usually go out within one to two business days. We do not ship outside the United States.
Tracking
As soon as the package leaves, we email you the tracking number. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, tell us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves.
Lost or damaged packages
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, tell us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open the claim. We don't leave you alone with the carrier.
Custom pieces
We prefer to hand custom pieces over in the shop, so we can check them with you and adjust anything that needs it. If you need it shipped, we can do that — we arrange insured shipping once it's finished.
