Who we are
This site is operated by Mel Jewelry 2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a shop at 1244 SW Gatlin Blvd, Unit 103, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.
Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice, because the price of gold moves. The price that counts is the one charged at checkout. If a piece sells between your order and our review, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Handmade pieces
Our pieces are worked by hand. Weight, length, and finish can vary slightly from what's listed. Photos are of the actual piece or of an equivalent piece of the same model.
Custom orders
Custom orders are governed by our deposits and refunds policy. By approving a quote and paying the deposit, you authorize us to buy materials and begin work.
Repairs
We give you a price before we touch your piece. We work with the greatest care, but some pieces arrive with wear, porosity, or old repairs that can fail during the work; in those cases we stop and tell you before going further. We aren't responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects that weren't visible.
Gold buying
Gold purchases are made in person, with a valid photo ID, and are logged as Florida law requires. Offers are good the same day, because they depend on the market price.
Financing
Financing is offered by Snap Finance, an independent company. Approval, terms, interest, and collection are Snap Finance's responsibility, not Mel Jewelry 2 LLC's.
Using this site
The copy, photos, and designs on this site are ours. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Don't attempt to breach, overload, or scrape the site either.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
