Come by the shop or send us a photo on WhatsApp. We talk through the idea, the weight, the karat, and your budget. This part costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Design and quote
We show you the design and a firm price, broken out: gold, labor, and stones. The quote holds for 14 days.

50% deposit
Once you approve the design, you pay half and we start. The rest is due when you pick the piece up.

Your piece in hand
We text you when production starts and again when it's ready. We hand it over in the shop, polished and checked with you standing there.
