Custom orders require a 50% deposit when you approve the design and the quote. The remaining 50% is paid when you pick up the piece.

• The deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of payment, as long as production has not begun. Once production has started — casting, cutting, engraving, or ordering stones — the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers materials and labor already committed.

• We will notify you by message or email when production on your piece begins. The start date is recorded on your order.

• In-stock pieces paid in full may be returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition for a full refund less shipping charges. Engraved, resized, and custom pieces are not returnable.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days; after that, prices may change with the gold market.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

• If we cancel an order for any reason, you receive a 100% refund, regardless of production status.
